Welcome to The Check-in FRONTLINE. Empowering YOU to Make a Difference

What’s going on in our workplaces?

1 in 4 adults face mental health challenges every year, making it clear that we're all in this together and no one is immune.

A massive 61% of UK employees have dealt with mental health issues tied to work, costing employers around £1500 per team member.

And let's not forget those days when it does get too much – 1 in 5 people take time off, but 90% tell their employers that it’s something else, highlighting the silent struggle many endure. With 1 in 6 workers experiencing feelings of depression, anxiety, or stress, the impact extends to a loss of 72 million working days annually, hitting the UK economy with a £115 billion bill. Surprisingly, being present while unwell (aka presenteeism) takes a bigger financial toll than taking a sick day. A massive 85% of managers see employee wellbeing as their responsibility but only 35% have had any training on it! By embracing mental health initiatives, we're not just boosting the bottom line; we're creating workplaces where everyone thrives.

It's a win-win – supporting our colleagues and building a resilient, happy, and productive team.
